OPTIONS Residential, Inc. is dedicated to providing a healthy environment and empowering individuals who have a diagnosis of Brain Injury, Mental Illness and Substance Abuse Problems through a Rehabilitative Team Approach for Individual Recovery. We hold the belief that over time individuals can recover and lead more independent lives with minimal to no support in the community.

OPTIONS Residential, Inc. was developed in 2005 due to the high need in the metro area to rehabilitate and provide a structured environment for those who have a diagnosis of Brain Injury, Mental Illness and/or Substance Abuse Problems. Since 2005 we have grown significantly in our mission of developing different levels of housing to accommodate each individual’s needs rather than the individual having to accommodate for the level of housing they enter.

We have developed a different or unique perspective to residential care. We believe that every individual can reach their goals of independence, some with limited supports.  Our specialty is developing the pathway from where the individual currently is to where they want to be. We “graduate” individuals from our programs frequently and with celebration! Each graduation represents another person who is able to move forward into the community towards their goals.

The mission of our program is to meet each individual where they are, recognizing their current needs and goals. From there we set out on the path of rehabilitation working with the individual, family, and their treatment team. This path is different for each individual with differing timelines. The ultimate goal is to work with each individual to become as independent as they can be. This may be managing their mental health, recognizing triggers and the need for continued recovery.

Our history demonstrates our ability to evolve with the changing needs of the individuals we work with. We believe that our future is bright because it represents change, movement and efficiency.
