Sentara Healthcare is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a

Compensation Consultant Corporate (Temporary)

Position Status: Temporary, Flexipool position, assignment up to 12 months

Position Location: This position is Remote. Applicants must be residents of the states listed below

Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).

Position Summary:

Implements and executes salary program and policies involving research,
analyses, development of modifications to compensation and benefits programs to meet organization objectives and needs. Support the VP, Total Rewards and Compensation leadership in the design, budgeting, implementation, and reporting of compensation practices and policies of Sentara Healthcare. The role requires the ability to manage a number of tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines with good organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's level degree or Two years' related work experience in lieu of degree
  • Two (2) years of Human Resources, Compensation or related and similar HR experience (HR, Compensation, Payroll, Salary Reviews)
