First (Days) (United States of America)Sentara Healthcare is hiring a Revenue Associate, Full Time/Day position for Patient Accounting!
This is a Full Time position with Day shift hours and great benefits!
This position is based out of Norfolk, VA (Military Highway office) and has a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week in office.
Primary responsibilities include:
Performs Revenue Integrity duties to maintain dual Chargemaster files to ensure financial records are complete and accurate.
Process Adds, Changes, Reactive and Inactive in Chargemaster for all facilities. Reconcile the data in the Chargemaster to ensure the files for accuracy.
Revenue Integrity works with clinical staff to research any charge errors on their work queues to ensure they are resolved accurately and in a timely manner.
Required qualifications:
One (1) year of Revenue Cycle experience is required.
Data Entry, keyboarding and excellent customer service skills required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Epic and CDM experience is preferred
