Job Description
We are currently seeking a Transitions Analyst for Finance Transitions support. This role will assist with the needs of the finance team before, during, and after a client account goes live or expands. Our Analyst is responsible for financial planning and setting up the financial structure of new or growing client accounts. This is a fully remote role, and you must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

Analyst responsibilities:
Prepare, analyze, and reconcile transition budgets for each new client.
Work with the Transition team, On-account team, and Finance Lead to ensure accuracy with the Transition budget.
Communicate with Corporate Accountants to complete journal entries for Transition-related expenses.
Improve efficiency of budget tracking process and reporting.
Assist the Finance Leads with transitions on a needed basis.
Account set-up responsibilities:
Develop/Update transition plans to track progress toward the implementation date.
System setup inclusive of E-1 accounting platform, Corrigo, Bottom-line AP
Alternate for the Team Lead when unavailable or as additional support for contact with the client transition lead and the JLL Account representative(s).
Manage the Transition Team Site, including user access, folder creation, and link updates.
Accounting responsibilities:
Walkthrough Financial processes and procedures with the finance team
Client Billing handoff: work with the finance team to prepare initial client funding requests, update the funding log, and record client billing.
Client cash received: once cash is received, update the funding log, record cash receipt, process payment, and update the cash log.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
2-4 years of relevant work experience
Strong Excel skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of and commitment to client service
