Overview: Provide front desk reception and administrative support services for Supported Housing (scatter-site) program in North Bronx. Responsibilities include property management duties; i.e., income documentation and leases.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years administrative work experience required. Property management experience is preferred. Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Excel a must. Bi-lingual/Spanish is preferred.
Physical Requirements/ Limitations: Candidate must be able to access areas above first floor of program facilities, and must be able to travel to different locations within the community.
Salary:Annualized at $ 53,000 plus benefits
