We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) Director for the Village. As the IT BRM Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic alignment of Information Technology (IT) solutions with key corporate business lanes (Atlas). You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to drive innovation, efficiency, and effective use of technology to support these critical areas of the Village.

Responsibilities:

Business Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior Atlas leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and technology needs.

Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for IT-related matters, ensuring proactive and continuous communication.

Develop a deep understanding of the supported Atlas business lanes, their processes, and strategic goals.

Strategic Alignment and Technology Roadmaps:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize technology initiatives aligned with supported Atlas strategies.

Lead the development and maintenance of technology roadmaps for the business lanes, ensuring alignment with overall IT strategy and enterprise architecture.

Partner with business lane leaders to develop business cases driving measurable business value supportive of overall lane capabilities and strategic goals.

Identify emerging technology trends and opportunities to drive innovation and business value in supported Atlas business lanes.

Project and Portfolio Management:

Oversee the delivery of IT projects and initiatives related to supported Atlas lanes, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards.

In strong partnership with the IT PMO, manage the IT project portfolio for the business lanes, balancing resources and priorities based on strategic objectives and business needs.

Vendor Management and Solution Evaluation:

Evaluate technology vendors, solutions, and service providers to ensure the selection of high-quality and cost-effective solutions that meet the specific needs of supported Atlas functions.

In partnership with IT Vendor Management, support the negotiation of contracts and manage relationships with vendors to maximize value, minimize risk, and ensure service levels are met.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies relevant to supported Atlas lanes.

Governance and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements for key Atlas systems and processes.

Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to effectively manage IT investments and risks.

Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to facilitate audits and resolve any identified issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Extensive experience in IT Business Relationship Management.

Strong knowledge of business and/or clinical processes, systems, and best practices.

Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and portfolios, delivering results on time and within budget.

Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic mindset and ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and relationship management.

Solid understanding of IT governance, compliance, and risk management practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary/ Wage Range

$133,300.00-$195,700.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
