Working under general supervision from lab members, will actively apply image processing techniques such as lesion segmentation, image registration, multimodal fusion, and convolutional neural networks on neuroimaging data to investigate biomarkers. Candidate will participate in ongoing experiments, collaborate with researchers, contribute to discussions, and assist with data management. This is a great opportunity for a master's student who is looking for research experience.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To apply convolutional neural network model on longitudinal neuroimaging data for feature extraction
2. To assist in data management of multi-site and multi-visit imaging and research data
3. To prepare reports and presentations for knowledge dissementation
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Enrolled in a Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science program
* Previous experience with deep learning models

* Ability to work well independently.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to interact with other researchers
* Strong team player and can communicate well within an interdisciplinary team.
* High level of organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
