Travel Possible M1 is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst with the following knowledge and experience: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans to ensure the quality, functionality, and usability of our PHP web applications. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and successful launch of our products. Responsibilities * Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering all functionalities of PHP web applications. * Identify and report bugs and defects through clear and concise documentation. * Collaborate with developers to understand code changes and identify potential issues. * Perform manual and exploratory testing to uncover usability problems. * Identify, implement and utilize automation tools to streamline the testing process. * Stay up-to-date on the latest QA methodologies and best practices. * Participate in code reviews to identify potential bugs early in the development cycle. * Work effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Minimum 2+ years of experience in software QA testing. * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. * Experience with PHP web development and testing a plus. * Experience with manual and exploratory testing techniques. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines. In addition, the candidate should possess the following skills and knowledge: Desired Skills: * Proficient in writing technical documentation. * Experience with cloud-native applications. * Experience in military technical field reading Technical Manuals or Technical Orders. * Experience with augmented and virtual reality systems. * Military experience a plus, (Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard) * Candidates must be able to pass a background check to obtain DoD Security clearance if deemed necessary M1 Support Services offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes the elections options for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Dependent Life, AD&D, Short-and Long-term Disability.
